On Saturday, January 30, 2010 the Red Bull Snake Run will take place at Waterville Valley Resort. Don't worry, there will be no real snakes in the run, just the latest signature Red Bull feature and a skate inspired snake run of medium sized hits, bank turns, rails and the slippery features.The jam session will have heats of riders snaking through the run every 10 seconds. Double cork 1080's won't be the name of the game but overall style, skills and snakeablity could win riders a handsome bounty from event sponsors. Standout riders from each heat will move on and continue their way to finals.
There will be 3 divisions for the Snake Run: open, women and 14 and under. Stay tuned to redbullsnowboarding.com and snowboardwaterville.com for more news on the event.
